Faus & Moliner is a professional project which we initiated in 1997 with the aim of consolidating a law firm according to the style of modern boutique firms, specialized in dealing with legal matters typical of the pharmaceutical industry and of other companies which operate in the life sciences sector.
We have decided to pursue this specialisation route because we are convinced that we are able to create more value for our clients if we not only have solid legal skills, both theoretical and practical, but also a deep knowledge of the social, economical and entrepreneurial environment of the sector in which they operate.
We combine our legal skills and our specialization with a practical and business oriented manner of practising law. Our analysis of legal issues is always linked to the business objectives of our client.
