The fourth edition of the SMI Conference on pharmaceutical parallel trade brought together representatives of the pharmaceutical industry and parallel traders.

 

Rodrigo Osorio participated with a presentation on the free pricing systems that have been implemented in Spain by a number of pharmaceutical companies, the legal actions undertaken against such systems by wholesalers and the most recent resolutions of the Spanish Competition Authority (CNC) on this matter.
