The Spanish Association of Pharmaceutical Law (ASEDEF) publishes the book "Curso Básico de Derecho Farmacéutico: 100 cuestiones esenciales" ("Basic Course on Pharmaceutical Law: 100 essential questions")
Two lawyers of our firm, Xavier Moliner and Juan Suárez have been involved in writing this book. Xavier Moliner is responsible for the chapter on clinical trials and Juan Suárez has written the chapter on the legal notion of medicinal products for human use and the chapter on foreign trade.

This new version of the book comprises the novelties introduced by Law 29/2006 on Guarantees and Rational Use of Medicinal Products and Medical Devices and has been designed as a basic manual of pharmaceutical legislation.
No less than 45 renowned authors, many of them from the government, business associations and the private sector, have collaborated with this publication, thus creating a collective work by professionals for professionals, covering all legal issues that affect the pharmaceutical sector.
